How can I support Fostering Hope Scott County?

Volunteers at Fostering Hope Scott County are constantly looking for items to donate to local Foster Families.  These items can range from new toys and clothing to gently used toys and clothing, and diapers and formula.  If you have an item you would like to donate, or would like to support our mission in any way please contact us and one of our volunteers will be in touch as soon as possible.

Where can I find information on Foster Parent trainings?

Training is offered through Four Oaks Family connections.  You can find more information about trainings through your family's case worker or via Four Oaks training calendar.   Each year Foster Families need six hours (per parent) of trainings and at least 3 hours must be in a classroom setting.  For more information on trainings, please contact your case worker.

What items do you provide to Foster Families?

Our emergency placement bags are filled with the first days essentials such as underwear, socks, blanket and toiletries. We seek donations of new clothing of all sizes and seasons, toiletries, new baby bottles, diapers, wipes, used or new car seats, used or new cribs, new pillows and blankets.

If you would like to donate any of the above items, please contact us to arrange a drop off!
